By accessing or using Scryn's security testing platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
Scryn provides cloud-based application security testing services, including:
- Automated vulnerability scanning for web applications and APIs
- Security testing using industry-standard tools (OWASP ZAP)
- Scan scheduling and automation
- Vulnerability reporting and alerting
- API access for programmatic integration
Account Requirements
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
Acceptable Use
- You may only scan applications that you own or have explicit permission to test
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- You may not use our services to harm, disrupt, or attack systems
- You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract our proprietary technology
- You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
You agree not to:
- Scan systems without proper authorization or ownership
- Use our services to perform unauthorized security testing or attacks
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
- Use automated systems to abuse or overload our services
- Share, resell, or redistribute access to our services without permission
We strive to provide reliable and continuous service, but we do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- That all vulnerabilities will be detected
- That scan results are complete or accurate
- Specific performance metrics or uptime guarantees
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
All content, features, and functionality of Scryn are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your scan data and results.
You grant us a license to use your scan data to provide and improve our services, subject to our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for security issues in applications you scan
- You are responsible for verifying and acting on scan results
Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial.
Paid Plans
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
Upon termination, your access to services will cease, but you may export your data before termination takes effect.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bergen, Norway.
